Alan Zaring
Ph.D., Cornell University
Dr. Zaring has been a member of the department since 1990. He regularly teaches a wide variety of computer science courses, from introductory to advanced and is the faculty advisor to the student chapter of ACM. Dr. Zaring's research interests include programming languages, compilers, parallel computing and programming environments. His outside interests include linguistics, science fiction and Colorado.
